President Ilham Aliyev awards 'Taraggi' medals to Paralympians

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has signed an executive order conferring state awards upon distinguished figures for their contributions to the development of sports and the Paralympic movement, marking the 30th anniversary of the National Paralympic Committee.

Under the presidential decree, Elvin Astanov, Ramil Gasimov, Parvin Mammadov, and Olokhan Musayev were awarded the "Taraggi" (Progress) medal.
