Four people were killed and eight were injured in missile strike by the Russian Armed Forces on an apartment building in Zaporizhzhia, according to preliminary data, the Prosecutor General of Ukraine said, reported from UNIAN.

Five people, including a child are considered missing.

The search and rescue operation continues. Under the leadership of the Zaporizhzhia regional prosecutor's office, a pre-trial investigation has begun in criminal proceedings on the fact of violation of the laws and customs of war, combined with intentional murder (part 2 of article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation made another attack on the territory of Zaporizhzhia at 01:32 today. One rocket hit the apartment building in the city center. The residents of the apartments were trapped under the rubble.
