Armenia says its soldier killed by Azerbaijani fire

Armenian serviceman Arman Arutyunian was killed by Azerbaijani fire, said Artsrun Hovhannisyan, a spokesman for the Defense Ministry in Yerevan.

The incident occurred near the village of Voskevan in the Tavush region in northeastern Armenia, he said, adding that Arutyunian was a contract-based serviceman.

Azerbaijan's Defense Ministry rejected the claim.
