The situation remains tense along the line of contact between Azerbaijani and Armenian troops, the Defense Ministry in Baku said on its website.
Armenians violated the cease-fire 176 times in the past 24 hours, firing on Azerbaijani positions from large-caliber weapons and mortars, the ministry said.
The enemy was silenced by retaliatory fire.
