Armenians kill Tartar resident

 A civilian was killed as Armenian armed units violated the ceasefire in the evening on July 18.APA reports that Armenian armed killed a resident of Tartar city, 26 year-old Mubariz Aliyev while he was fishing in Tartar river near the Chayli village. The law-enforcement agencies are trying to take his body from there.  Bakudaily.az
