Asim Mollazade was re-elected chairman of the Democratic Reforms Party of Azerbaijan in the party’s fifth congress held in Baku on Jan. 30.
As many as 126 delegates from the party’s 55 regional branches took part in the congress.
Mollazade made a speech about the party’s activities in the past five years. He spoke about the political and economic situation in the country, the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict and issues like gender equality.
The congress also elected the party’s Political Council and central revision commission.
