Azerbaijan directed over 3B manats to Karabakh in 9 months

In January-September 2024, the Azerbaijani government allocated nearly 3.14 billion manats ($1.84 billion) for the reconstruction and restoration of the country's liberated territories, reported from the Finance Ministry of Azerbaijan.

According to the ministry, this represents 64.6% of the 4.86 billion manats ($2.85 billion) allocated for this purpose in the state budget for 2024. These funds were used based on cash order documents submitted by the ordering organizations for relevant projects.

Based on the orders given by the executors for state capital investment expenses, 1.73 billion manats ($1.01 billion) of financing was carried out, which is equal to 61.4% of the expenses allocated for this purpose in the current year and is 8.8% more compared to the same period last year.
