Azerbaijan has handed over an Armenian army serviceman who defected to Azerbaijan last year.
The handover, mediated by the Red Cross, took place near the village of Bas Qarvand in Azerbaijan’s Agdam District.
Andranik Grigoryan left his army unit and crossed the cease-fire line into an Azerbaijani-controlled territory in March 2014, complaining about bad treatment by his officers.
