World Chess Federation, FIDE, has announced its latest top ten list for December 1, 2013, ranking Azerbaijan`s Shahriyar Mammadyarov 11th with 2757 points. Other Azerbaijani grandmasters Teymur Rajabov and Rauf Mammadov are also among the top 100 chess players, Azartac reported.World Chess Champion Magnus Carlsen remains the highest-rated human on the planet with 2872.ANN.Az
