Azerbaijan's foreign minister receives new Latvian ambassador

Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov has received Juris Maklakovs, the newly appointed Latvian ambassador to Azerbaijan.
During the meeting, Ambassador Maklakovs presented a copy of his credentials to Mammadyarov, the ministry said.
Maklakovs said he would spare no efforts to further bilateral relations during his diplomatic mission.
Mammadyarov wished Maklakovs every success in his diplomatic activity.
