Azerbaijan ready to host Euro 2020

Baku has made a bid to host the 2020 European Football Championship, said Rovnaq Abdullayev, president of the Azerbaijan Federation of Football Associations (AFFA).

All the necessary documentation has been completed and a final decision will be made in April, he said.

"If Baku is selected as the venue for the championship, we are ready to host it at a high level," Abdullayev said.
