Azerbaijan’s capital, Baku, will be mostly dry on January 14, according to the weather forecast department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources. Weak fog is expected in some areas.
Temperatures will range between 0 C and 2 C below at night and 6 C and 8 C in the daytime.
Strong south-west winds will blow.
