Azerbaijan’s capital, Baku, will be mostly clowdy on January 22, according to the weather forecast department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources. Rains are expected in some areas.
Temperatures will range between 1 C and 3 C below at night and 7 C and 9 C in the daytime.
