Azerbaijan’s capital, Baku, will be cloudy but mostly dry on November 18, according to the weather forecast department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources.

Temperatures will range between 7 C and 10 C at night and 11 C and 13 C in the daytime.North wind will blow. Bakudaily.Az
