Azerbaijan’s 5-month gas exports grow, oil supplies fall

Azerbaijanexported more natural gas and less crude oil in the first five months of 2014compared with the same period a year earlier, the State Customs Committee said.

The countrydelivered 3.69 billion cubic meters of gas during the period, up from 2.87billion cubic meters.

Crudeexports declined to 14.32 million tons from 14.37 million tons.

Azerbaijanproduced 17.7 million tons of oil in Jan-May, down from 18.1 million tons.
