Azerbaijan Central Bank reserves up through October

The Azeri Central Bank’s reserves grew by nearly 16 percent in the first ten months of 2013 year-on-year, the bank said.
The reserves expanded to 13.6 billion dollars in the January-October period from 11.7 billion dollars a year earlier.
