Blinken: US won’t allow second or third front against Israel
13.10.2023 11:00
The US authorities won’t allow a situation in which a second or third front would be opened against Israel in the current situation of attack by Hamas militants, US Secretary of State Antony Blinken, who is on a visit to Israel, said at a press conference in Tel Aviv.

He was asked whether the US would use its military assets in the region to fight against Hizballah.

"With regard to the second front, as I mentioned earlier, it’s our determination and that of Israel as well that there not be a second front or a third front. And we are working as hard as we can, working with other partners in the region, to try to ensure that that’s the case,” Blinken noted.
