Azerbaijan reports 273 new COVID-19 cases, 8 deaths

Azerbaijan has recorded 273 new coronavirus cases over the past day, the Task Force under the Cabinet of Ministers told journalists.

Meanwhile, 576 people recovered from the infection, and 8 patients succumbed to the deadly pathogen.

Overall, the country has reported 617,952 cases of infection, 601,645 recoveries, and 7,645 deaths since the onset of the pandemic. At present, 8,383 people are receiving treatment.

Azerbaijan has conducted 5,883,101 COVID-19 tests over the past period, including 6,337 today.
