Expired and unusable munitions to be destroyed in Pirəkəşkül and Agdara

Expired and unusable munitions will be destroyed in the Pirəkəşkül and Agdara areas between 8 and 12 December in compliance with all safety regulations.

The Ministry of Defence of Azerbaijan reported the development.

According to the ministry, the destruction will take place at the training range near Pirəkəşkül settlement and at the training centre in the Agdara district.

The ministry also advised the public not to be alarmed if explosion sounds are heard during the operation, noting that there is no cause for concern.
