Azerbaijan to see temperatures rise to 23°C on February 17

Azerbaijan will experience unseasonably warm weather on February 17, with temperatures reaching up to 23°C in some regions.

According to the National Hydrometeorological Service, partly cloudy skies are forecast in Baku and on the Absheron Peninsula, occasionally overcast but mainly without precipitation. Fog is possible in some areas at night and in the evening. A moderate south-west wind will shift to north-west by evening.

In the capital, temperatures will range between 4–8°C at night and 15–19°C during the day. Atmospheric pressure will drop from 758 to 753 mm of mercury, while relative humidity will stand at 70–80%.
