Azerbaijan police solve 85 crimes in one day, interior ministry says

Azerbaijani police solved 76 crimes registered on March 18 and 9 cases from previous periods, the Interior Ministry said.

A total of 241 wanted individuals were detained, including 194 listed as debtors, and handed over to the relevant authorities.

Police also identified 38 drug-related cases and 27 incidents involving illegal weapons and ammunition.

In addition, 75 suspects were detained on suspicion of committing crimes, the ministry said.
