Violations Uncovered in 24 Out of 80 Pharmacies Inspected in October — AEC

During October 2026, the Analytical Expertise Center (AEC) of the Ministry of Health conducted inspections across 80 pharmacies nationwide. The review encompassed 9 pharmaceutical outlets in Baku and 71 across other cities and districts, with 79 scheduled audits and one unscheduled inspection.

Compliance checks identified regulatory breaches in 24 pharmacies. Administrative violation protocols were subsequently filed under Articles 215.4, 221.1, 452.1, 452.2, and 452.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
