Baku Metro’s B4 project ahead of schedule

Construction works under the B4 project of the Baku Metro are progressing faster than planned and are expected to be completed by the end of the year, said Mammad Rzayev, deputy head of the Construction Project Management Department.

According to him, the project is ahead of schedule and continues at an accelerated pace.

As part of the B4 project, the Jalil Mammadguluzadeh station (unofficial name) is being constructed as the fifth station of the under-construction Purple Line.

The station is located in the Nasimi district, on Jalil Mammadguluzadeh Street, behind the Central Clinical Hospital No.1 and near the Heydar Aliyev Sports and Concert Complex.
