Azerbaijani singer Akif Islamzade hospitalized after heart attack

Azerbaijani singer Akif Islamzade has been hospitalized after suffering a heart attack, Minval reported, citing local media.

The singer felt unwell, received first aid and was taken to hospital for medical examination, the report said.

His son, Aykhan Islamzade, confirmed that Islamzade is under doctors’ supervision.
