Armenia exports domestically developed weapons for first time
Armenia has exported weapons developed and produced domestically for the first time in its history, High-Tech Industry Minister Mkhitar Hayrapetyan said.
He said the weapons were exported to two countries in May, with the total value of the shipments amounting to several million dollars.
The minister did not disclose the types of weapons exported or the countries that received them. He said the deal was completed after overcoming a number of logistical difficulties.
