Azerbaijan, Pakistan to expand cooperation in vocational training
Deputy Minister of Labour and Social Protection of the Population of Azerbaijan Hidayat Abdullayev met with visiting Pakistani Minister of State for Federal Education and Professional Training Wajiha Qamar.
Hidayat Abdullayev noted that cooperation based on friendly and fraternal relations between the two countries has created opportunities for expanding ties in the social sphere.
The discussions also revolved around the cooperation opportunities in the areas of labor migration, employment, vocational training, and human capital development.
The sides exchanged views on the preparation of a memorandum of understanding on cooperation in the field of vocational training.
Qamar stated that there is significant potential for expanding cooperation and developing the exchange of experience in the field of vocational training.
According to her, Pakistan is interested in expanding relations with Azerbaijan in this regard.
The parties exchanged views on future cooperation.
