Azerbaijan Forecasts Rain and Hail in Regional Areas for October 28

The National Hydrometeorological Service has released the weather forecast for October 28. Baku and the Absheron Peninsula will experience partly cloudy and intermittently overcast conditions, primarily without precipitation, though intermittent rain is expected in localized areas by the evening. A northeast wind will prevail. Temperatures will range from 13–15°C overnight to 16–19°C during the day, with atmospheric pressure recorded at 769 mm Hg and relative humidity between 55% and 65%.

Across the regions of Azerbaijan, sporadic showers are forecast, with brief downpours, lightning, and hail expected in specific eastern districts alongside localized fog. An easterly wind will blow. Regional temperatures will stand at 12–15°C at night and 18–21°C during the daytime, while mountainous areas will see lows of 0–5°C and highs of 5–9°C.
