U.S. oil company Exxon Mobil does not plan to return to the Russian market and is not holding talks on resuming operations, CEO Darren Woods told the Financial Times.
He said discussions with Moscow are limited to recovering the company’s expropriated assets in Russia, valued at $4.6 billion, and not about restarting business.
