Azerbaijan Central Bank announces exchange rates for Dec. 4

The Central Bank of Azerbaijan kept the official rate of the U.S. dollar unchanged at 1.7000 manats.

According to Report, the euro rose 0.1% to 1.9817 manats, while 100 Russian rubles increased 0.6% to 2.2074 manats.
