This is reflected in the law “On the Subsistence Minimum in the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2026” approved by President Ilham Aliyev.

Thus, the subsistence minimum for next year has been increased by 15 manats.

In 2026, the subsistence minimum will be set at 317 manats for the working-age population, 245 manats for pensioners, and 260 manats for children.

Following discussions, the draft law was put to a vote and adopted in its third reading.
