Azerbaijan’s GDP grows 1.4% in 2025 — statistics agency

Azerbaijan’s gross domestic product (GDP) rose by 1.4% in 2025 from a year earlier, the State Statistical Committee of Azerbaijan said.

The statistics agency said economic growth was driven mainly by non-oil sectors, including industry, transport and services, while growth in the oil and gas sector remained modest.

The government has prioritised economic diversification to reduce reliance on hydrocarbon revenues.
