SOCAR says 2025 oil exports down 3.2% year on year

Azerbaijan’s state oil company SOCAR exported 16,065,728 tonnes of crude oil in 2025, according to its annual drilling, production, refining and export report.

The volume was down by 530,672 tonnes, or 3.2%, compared with 2024.

The figure includes oil produced directly by SOCAR as well as Azerbaijan’s and SOCAR’s profit oil shares from output generated by international consortia operating in the country.

In 2024, SOCAR exported 16,596,400 tonnes of crude oil.
