Aliyev creates State Waste Management Agency

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree on additional measures to improve waste management.

Under the decree, a State Waste Management Agency has been established under the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources.

The agency will oversee state control in waste management and regulate and coordinate the collection of waste management fees.
