PAŞA Capital appoints new CEO, changes governance structure
PAŞA Capital has formed a new management team and introduced changes to its corporate governance structure, company spokesperson Gulshan Jumayeva said.
İsi Mustafayev has been appointed Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of PAŞA Capital.
He previously served as a managing adviser to the company and later worked as assistant to the CEO.
Mustafayev has more than 25 years of experience in finance and management. During his career, he held senior positions at the Central Bank of Azerbaijan, commercial banks and other financial institutions. Most recently, he served in a senior management role at Sadarak Post Bank.
Elnur Fatullayev will continue to serve as Deputy Chief Executive Officer. He joined the company as Chief Management Officer and later assumed the role of Deputy CEO.
PAŞA Capital has also revised its governance model. The company's Management Board has been abolished and replaced with an executive management structure aimed at speeding up decision-making processes. Under the new structure, the Chief Executive Officer has been designated as the company's sole executive body.
Following changes in its shareholder structure, PAŞA Capital has come under the control of PAŞA Financial Holding.
