Subscribers of Nar, known for its affordable services, can now use the Asan Imza digital signature service via eSIM technology. This opportunity not only enables users to switch from a physical SIM card to the eSIM format or use a mobile digital signature, but also makes access to more than 2,500 electronic services more convenient and secure.

This service, provided through eSIM, maintains high security standards while eliminating the risk of losing or having a physical SIM card stolen. In addition, eSIM technology contributes to reducing the use of plastic cards and allows users to activate multiple numbers on a single mobile device.

It should be noted that the service is offered to both individuals and legal entities for a period of three years. Activation is carried out at Nar Customer Service Centers. During the activation of the eSIM-based “Asan Imza” service, PIN codes are not provided in advance; subscribers set these codes online during their first authentication or signing process. PIN code unblocking is provided online through the “Asan Imza” Call Center at 1847.

Currently serving 2.2 million subscribers, Nar has been the leading mobile operator in Azerbaijan for the past seven years, based on the Net Promoter Score. This success is driven by Nar’s consistently implemented customer-centric strategy. The mobile operator provides users with reliable, high-quality communication services, a variety of internet packages, and modern eSim technology at affordable prices.
