Emergency Ministry warns public against swimming in sea during windy weather

The Ministry of Emergency Situations (MES) of Azerbaijan has issued an appeal to citizens heading to beaches due to windy weather conditions.

The Ministry stated that windy weather is expected to persist in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula throughout the day.

"We once again remind the public that entering the sea during windy weather is dangerous and urge everyone to strictly adhere to relevant safety rules," the statement reads.
