Azerbaijan reports state budget surplus of 3.4 billion manats in Jan–Jul

Azerbaijan's state budget recorded a surplus of 3 billion 408.7 million manats ($2.01 billion) in the first seven months of 2026.

According to anews.az, citing the Ministry of Finance of Azerbaijan, state budget revenues reached 22 billion 221.7 million manats during the reporting period, while expenditures totaled 18 billion 813.0 million manats.

The budget surplus was driven by stable revenue generation across both the oil-and-gas and non-oil sectors of the national economy.
