Gold and silver prices slip on global commodity exchanges

Futures prices for gold per troy ounce (31.1 grams) have edged lower on global commodity markets.

According to  exchange data, December 2026 gold futures on New York's COMEX exchange dropped by 0.3% to settle at $4,454 per troy ounce.

Similarly, September 2026 silver futures on COMEX declined by 0.15%, reaching $65.6 per ounce.
