Crypto Market Gains: Bitcoin and Altcoins Rise

Digital assets posted positive dynamics across key tokens over the past 24 hours, with Bitcoin advancing 1.16% to reach $78,721.07, according to data from CoinMarketCap.

Major altcoins also trended higher: Ethereum gained 2.10% to trade at $2,474.89, BNB added 1.13% to $693.81, and Solana rose 1.74% to $103.88. Concurrently, Zcash surged 4.81% to $859.01, Monero rose 2.67% to $516.71, Bitcoin Cash gained 1.55% to $248.10, and Bittensor advanced 1.38% to $231.07. Gold-pegged tokens also increased, with PAX Gold (PAXG) reaching $4,438.91 (+0.42%) and Tether Gold (XAUT) touching $4,430.28 (+0.40%). The CoinMarketCap 20 Index grew 1.63% to 161.31 points.

While market upside is supported by a softer US dollar index and sustained interest in alternative assets, expectations of a Federal Reserve rate hike in September and higher US Treasury yields continue to exert pressure on riskier assets.
