Pashinyan highlights rail transit via Azerbaijan

Azerbaijan's railway infrastructure has remained open for the transit of Armenian cargo for nearly a year, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan announced during his address at the CIS Council of Heads of State summit in Turkmenbashi.

The Prime Minister confirmed that bilateral trade exchanges between Armenia and Azerbaijan have formally commenced. Pashinyan also highlighted that a 12-kilometer section of the interstate border between the two countries has been fully delimited and demarcated.
