Shimon Peres, the former president of Israel, has met Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev in Baku.
According to state news agency Azartac, Aliyev and Peres "recalled with pleasure their previous meetings in Baku and Davos".
Peres said Baku had undergone "big development" since he last visited the Azerbaijani capital.
The sides exchanged views on cooperation issues between Azerbaijan and Israel in the economic and humanitarian spheres, Azartac said, without giving any details.
