Israeli president calls riots in Russia’s Makhachkala controlled anti-Semitism
31.10.2023 16:00
Israeli President Isaac Herzog has expressed concern about the riots that occurred at Russia’s Makhachkala airport,  reported from Die Welt.

"They are shocking and extremely disturbing. This is something that should alarm all governments, this is pure anti-Semitism, and of course controlled,” Herzog added.

Riots at Russia’s Makhachkala airport occurred after the arrival of a regular flight from Tel Aviv. Several hundred people entered the airfield and the airport building, but law enforcement officers were later able to force them out.

Law enforcement officers took synagogues under protection in Dagestan after riots at the airport.
