Lithuania is considering Ukraine's application to send military instructors there, Lithuanian Foreign Minister Gabrielius Landsbergis, who is on a visit to Finland, told STT agency, reported from TASS.

According to him, negotiations are currently being held at the technical level regarding the progress of the project.

The minister added that the West should keep all options on the table when it comes to supporting Ukraine.
