New secretary-general appointed to Azerbaijan Judo Federation

The executive committee of the Azerbaijan Judo Federation has entrusted the position of its secretary-general to Rashad Rasulla, who has replaced Elmar Babanli on this post.

Rashad Rasulla obtained the BA and MA degree in International Economic Relations at the Azerbaijan State Economic University. Throughout his career, which started from the Central Bank, Rasulla occupied leading positions in various structures across the country and beyond its bounds. He boasts broad experience in management.
