EU: Most important thing for us is signing of peace treaty between Armenia and Azerbaijan
"For us, the most important thing is progress on the peace agreement between Azerbaijan and Armenia, where that progress happens is much less important," EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus and the crisis in Georgia, Toivo Klaar, told Armenpress.
Klaar also commented on the 3+3 format: "We look at the 3+3 meeting, the recent one as well as the previous ones, as something where countries of the region certainly have issues that, as neighbors, they want to discuss and they should be able to discuss in a sort of regional setting.”
