Malaysia’s deputy foreign minister to visit Baku for political consultations

Malaysia’s Deputy Foreign Minister Datuk Mohamad Alamin will visit Baku from April 14 to 16 to co-chair the second round of political consultations between Malaysia and Azerbaijan.
He will lead the talks alongside Azerbaijan’s Deputy Foreign Minister Elnur Mammadov.
The discussions will cover a broad range of bilateral issues, including political, economic, consular, and humanitarian cooperation, aimed at strengthening ties between the two countries. Regional and global developments will also be on the agenda.
The visit reflects growing momentum in Malaysia- Azerbaijan relations and a shared commitment to expanding cooperation, according to a statement.
