Turkish and Israeli officials meet in Baku

Turkish and Israeli officials held a meeting in Baku on April 9, in what sources from Turkey’s Ministry of National Defense described as the first technical session of a “Syria deconfliction” mechanism, Haber Global reported.

According to the report, Israel has been targeting military bases in Syria and has issued accusations against Turkey. Ankara has repeatedly stated that it does not seek confrontation with Israel in Syria.
