Ilham Aliyev and Vladimir Putin Hold Brief Pull-Aside in Bishkek

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and Russian President Vladimir Putin held a brief pull-aside conversation on the sidelines of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) summit in Bishkek, Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov confirmed.

"Yes. On the go," Peskov said in response to a question regarding interactions between Putin and Aliyev during the summit proceedings in Kyrgyzstan.
