President Aliyev Approves State Real Estate Cadastre Regulations

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree approving the "Rules for Maintaining the State Real Estate Cadastre."

Under the newly endorsed regulations, placing a property on the cadastre register entails entering comprehensive data regarding its quantitative and qualitative characteristics into the state system. Owned by the Republic of Azerbaijan, the State Cadastre will be maintained by the State Service for Property Issues under the Ministry of Economy via the "Electronic Real Estate Register and Cadastre" information system.

Data from sectoral cadastre records will be integrated into the unified centralized platform through the Electronic Government Information System.
