ANAMA Clears Transit Routes for Zangezur Corridor

Humanitarian mine clearance across Azerbaijan's liberated territories has laid the critical groundwork for major regional transit arteries, including the Zangezur Corridor, ANAMA Board Chairman Vugar Suleymanov announced at the 4th International Mine Action Conference in Baku. 

Suleymanov underscored that clearing explosive hazards made possible the construction of the Horadiz–Jabrayil–Zangilan–Aghband railway line, a core component of the broader Zangezur Corridor. 

The ANAMA chief also pointed to the Ahmadbayli–Fuzuli–Shusha highway, alongside newly built international airports in Fuzuli, Zangilan, and Lachin, as flagship logistics and connectivity achievements unlocked through demining operations.
